Shipping

We are shipping via DHL. Prices are in Euro and inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

Your order will be sent with a tracking number.
We charge a flat shipping fee per order.
Germany — 6,00 Euro (1-4 business days)

You will get your order in a used box. This has a fairly simple reason:
In order to save our environment we want to re-use packing material as long as possible. We hope you don't mind and support us.

Our Return Policy in short version

  1. Contact us before returning any items.
  2. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  3. The shipment is paid by you the customer.
  4. The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
  5. The return shipment must be via a transport company that offers track&traceservice, therefore you are responsible for the shipping charges. As well as responsibility for any items lost during shipping.

  1. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  2. By placing an order at collection no.2, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents‘ permission to buy from us.
  3. All items found in the shop are vintage, second-hand or handmade-jewelry pieces.
  4. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by collection no.2 as responsible for the personal information.
  5. Events outside collection no.2‘s control shall be considered force majeure.
  6. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  7. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
  8. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
  9. Please note that local charges may occur (customs duty, sales tax).
  10. Collection no.2 reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
  11. All prices do not include shipping costs.
  12. All prices are retail prices excluding value added tax (small entrepreneurs to Section § 19 UStG). No separate statement of VAT on the invoice.
